Why porcelain Inlays & Onlays?
With a normal filling, 50% of the lost dental tissue is being filled and restored, but when the tissue loss rises, a porcelain onlays can restore and fill up to 75% of this tissue loss together with protecting the remaining tissues.
Porcelain onlays can achieve a very healthy restoration of substance loss in dental tissues that other fillings can not achieve.With porcelain fillings we expect a healthy, unproblematic usage of the molars or premolars for 8-15 years. In some cases, when there is not enough dental layer to apply the crown, porcelain filling comes to the rescue as a very healthy alternative.

How Should I use it, and to what should I pay attention?
- Avoid chewing very hard food
- Mouth care should be done regularly and without exceptions. Teeth Brushing, flossing, fluoride mouthwash.

Application procedure for Porcelain Inlays & Onlays?
In two sessions. The first one, dental cavity and damaged tissues must be cleaned and preparations will be made to create the healthy dental tissue that the porcelain will be applied on. Filling that will be changed because of cavity and fractures.
Cavity cleaning stage After preparing the teeth, the thin layer taken from the incisors will be sent to the laboratory and special fillings are applied to the teeth temporarily until the next session. Pre-measurements dents condition:
Measurement details taken by sentimental polieter The dental appearance on plaster mockup Red or white coloured acrylic or wax models of onlays on diestone The final status of the porcelain after the try in Testing and controlling the ready to use porcelain onlays on the plaster mock-up The ready to use porcelain for the next session, will be pasted very strongly to the incisors with a liquid filling material named adhesive cementation after testing the compatibility of the porcelain for the mouth.
And with this adhesive material the remaining dental tissues will be strengthened. After cementing the porcelain a polishing procedure will be applied as the final stage of this operation.
